Our events are designed to motivate and inspire attendees.

Women get the opportunity to network and build relationships with other women who share the same desire for growth, leadership, and betterment.

Established in 2018 by Margie Foster and Christine Korako our purpose is to support both professional & non professional women, to broaden their networks, inform, share knowledge, experiences & learnings. 

We create, manage and host events and workshops with guest speakers. Speakers enrich our events through their story telling, expertise and experience.

We are happy to say that women tell us that our events are welcoming, informative and inclusive.

Meet the founders


A dynamic mother of two, professional coach, director and sought after guest speaker, Marg is an inspiration to many. 

Marg has presented in New Zealand and beyond on “how to live your life to its fullest”.   A sport and social motivator, Marg has huge drive and is well known for her Netball career and as an elite coach, currently the specialist coach for the Silver Ferns. After surviving breast cancer Marg is a NZ Breast Cancer Ambassador, Trustee for Active in the Community Charitable Trust as well as owner of Motivationz coaching and mentoring students.

Margie’s experience, drive and broad thinking creates outstanding results.


Mother of 4 sons and mentor to many, Chris has a long and strong business career as well as Directorships including Chair of a $600m+ Foundation.

A natural connector, Chris is passionate about people succeeding and has mentored people of all ages towards greater success and greater well-being.

Expertise in management, creating and implementing strategic pathways towards positive outcomes, Chris is also a confident public speaker with a flair for ensuring events are inclusive and memorable.  Chris’s attention to detail and creative yet practical sense set the scene for exceptional results.


Both Chris and Margie believe in giving back. They organise their Ladies Pink Brunch Charity event every year where they donate the proceeds to Charity, as well as personally support their chosen charities throughout the year.
